1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. For product safety we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any products purchased on our website, except in the case of damaged or defective items (see Section 2).
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement (subject to approval). To qualify:
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving a replacement. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Return Shipping for Damaged Items
- If a return is approved, customers may be required to ship the damaged product back to us at their own expense.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or a missing item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the received product(s)
- A description of the issue
We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products without proof of damage
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Products purchased from third-party sellers
